Privacy
Kept quiet by how it is built.
We collect what we need to look after membership and movement. We do not sell it, and we do not advertise with it.
What you see
Saved places use the names you give them. Lists hide exact streets. Notifications omit itineraries from subjects and lock screens. Who you are is not a URL.
Who at ROOK can see
Support tools are least-privilege. Sensitive reads are recorded. Ordinary provider managers are not given identity and full itinerary together unless the role requires it.
What a payment would record
Payment is not offered on this surface yet. If it is later, it would be authorized from your own wallet. The network would record payment state and an opaque reference — not names, plans, addresses, or itineraries.
Household
A parent or principal holds the account. Children, employees, and guests may be named so the household can look after them on the road. They do not automatically receive the owner’s history.
What is not promised
ROOK does not claim anonymity, zero collection, or that a vehicle provider cannot access trip data required for operation, safety, regulation, or law.
